It has always been my dream to be a part of the real estate industry, and my dream became a reality the moment I stepped into the domain, way back in 2004. Since then, I have lived for my passion, and it gives me immense satisfaction to be able to make a small contribution to the lives of people by enabling them to possess their ‘dream homes’.
In this long career, my foremost priority has been to give my clients the best in terms of quality. Every building or apartment, according to me, should have the capacity to stand for more than a hundred years, and it has been my motto to deliver such structures to our clients. Our buildings have been successfully able to withstand the common natural calamities of this region, the earthquakes.
As a builder, I believe in the timely delivery of flats to our clients, as we are all aware of the rate of interest charged by banks for a home loan. Clients who do not get their flats at the promised time suffer, so on-time delivery is my prime concern. We enjoy a reputation of being among the few construction companies in this region that stick to the delivery timeline given to its clients.
Every business needs to create a long-term relationship with its clients. For all these years, our clients have been our lifelong partners, and I like to maintain a relationship with them even after the completion and handing over of a project. We are now a huge happy family that stays in touch with each other and bonds on occasions.
Magnum Builders was launched with a vision to build dream homes for people and our projects stand as a testimony of our commitment and dedication to our goal. Even though a flat, people want their homes to be spacious with a good layout design, with proper lighting and ventilation. Therefore, I personally look into the layout design in the planning stage of any new apartment.
The construction industry, including the real estate development sector, has seen many changes in the past years, some in the form of challenges like scarcity of building materials, price hikes, drops in demand, and so on. Even in the face of all odds, we have been able to perform and deliver, and for this, I bow in deep reverence to the almighty. And I believe that good ethics and morals in business can go a long way toward making a brand popular and trustworthy.
